As a company and as individuals, we strive to build relationships and help anyone who is time poor or has no property experience but would like to explore ways to create true passive income through property.

Our Executive Team
Ben Chai
Co-Founder & CEO
With over three decades of property investment, Ben has in-depth experience in commercial property, HMOs, multi-lets, buy-to-lets, leasehold and freehold properties with a focus on the UK market.
Ben is a unique individual who is able to think beyond the confines of conventional property thinking. His “out of the box” perspective, coaching and mentorship has helped him and the people he has coached, to create substantial property portfolios and has personally built his own multi-million pound portfolio.
Keeley Vuong White
Managing Director
Keeley started her property investment journey in 2012, whilst still working in corporate marketing for global food companies. In 2015, she fully retired after a 15 year marketing career to become a full time Property Investor and Developer, which is when she joined Propertunities.
Her experience in properties spans from Buy-to-Lets, Social Housing, Flips, HMOs and Commercial Developments. She is also a multi-business owner co-founding Jewel Homes Estate Agency and Letting Agency in Scotland in 2014.
However, her passion lies in really helping people in pursuing financial security which led her to consulting in Property Training events in the UK and abroad for 5 years. Today, this passion has led her to coach multiple clients in building their businesses in property and beyond.
Miles Bulloch
Co-Founder & Commercial Director
Miles has been involved in property for 18 years. He graduated university with a commercial property degree, and has since worked in both the residential and commercial sectors as a letting agent, estate agent and commercial surveyor where he helped establish a successful firm in London.
Miles now lives and breathes property with a particular passion for large commercial conversion projects.
He also has a passion for new technology and entrepreneurship and has held consultative roles at various tech startups in the UK and abroad as well as coaching property investors.
Peter Ngo
Operations & Finance Director
Equipped with an eager passion for continued learning and personal development, Peter has successfully invested in properties across the UK since 2014.
Peter’s meticulous attention to detail, and enthusiasm for implementing systems to improve efficiency, has become second nature thanks to his extensive background of 15 years as a hospital clinical pharmacist and progression to an IT consultant pharmacist.
Fundamental to Peter’s pragmatic approach to property investing is the possession of his analytical mind that identifies opportunities in new investments which are mutually beneficial.

Danny Inman
Advisor
Danny is a seasoned property investor and developer. Having purchased over 100 properties in his first year of investment, Danny has since built a very strong portfolio for both himself and his investors as well as founding his property agency Immedi-Let which he recently sold.
Danny has a property education business called the Prosperity Network for which the Propertunities team coaches. He speaks and mentors nationally and internationally off the back of the success that he has had.
Mike Reynolds
Accounting & Tax
Mike qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003. Together with his team, Mike deals with all aspects from the initial set up of new SPVs, to company structure, accounting compliance and guidance on all tax matters.
Steve White
Project Manager & Design Director
After studying Geography at University of London in the 1990s, Steve spent 21 years in the theatrical industry in various professional roles as a pianist, voice coach, conductor and musical director. He performed in some of the biggest productions both internationally and in London’s West End including Mamma Mia!, Thriller Live, The Bodyguard, School of Rock, Starlight Express and We Will Rock You.
His transition into property investment was driven by a deep motivation for long-term financial security. Bringing his years of leadership and creative experience, Steve combines these on complex projects with strategic thinking, planning and a laser sharp eye for detail.
He is a certified coach and is currently studying for the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Katherine Denton
Executive Assistant
Katherine works in Clinical Informatics for the NHS and is an ex-colleague of Peter. Her curiosity in property has led her to the part time role of Executive Assistant. Katherine has shown initiative and a can do attitude which we value so highly.
