Phil & Helen Lodge
Phil & Helen are the key members of the Proper Unions team based in Wakefield.
Having both been born and bred in Wakefield, both Helen and Phil are well connected. Helen owns a local letting and management company while Phil runs a construction company. Both are accomplished landlords and developers.
Propertunities Team
Ky Le, Miles, Pete and Ben have over 60 years combined experience in property. Both as a team and personally they have built a portfolio spanning the UK consisting of Buy to Let, HMO, Student Halls, Holiday Lets and Commercial Property.
